A two-week Ashtanga Yoga Immersion with KPJAYI authorised L2 Michael Schabort

Discover a deeper sense of health and wellness by learning the ancient arts of Yoga as traditionally taught in Mysore, India. The immersion includes Mysore-style classes during the week, with Pranayama practice over the weekend. Weekend workshops include a led class with chanting, yoga philosophy, and a journey of sound with Talitha Moss. 

A six-session online course with Margo van Greta

A simple meditation practice gently relaxes us into a calm mental space, where we are aware of our thoughts yet are no longer carried away by them. We can then direct our attention to what matters and face challenges with a happier, more peaceful and loving attitude.

‘Sacred Ways’ draws on the wisdom of ancient traditions of many cultures to find our own, authentic ways which can connect us with the sacred in an increasingly profane world.
